DO ALL OF THESE THINGS AT ONCE
_Upon waking drink a glass of HOT water and a squeeze of lemon
-walk for 15 minutes.
-eat breakfast (cereal and fruit) and take a commercial appetite suppressant
move for 3 minutes for every fifteen, if at work, lock yourself in the toilet cubicle and jump up and down.
-eat mid morning snack , fruit or yogurt is best
Eat Lunch, sandwhich with tuna and salad or ham and salad or woteva lowfat stuff you like.
Again move 3 minutes for every 15.
Afternoon snack. Soup for the 3pm slump.
The very second you get home from work exercise for an hour. A whole hour. Walk run, stretch WOTEVA just get your heart rate up.
Then, you should be starving for dinner. Drink a whole glass of water before you eat. Eat half of your plate. CHEW SLOWLY. EAt at the table. NO TV. NO book. TABLE.
If you feel hungry after dinner, drink a glass of cold low fat milk. It'll fill you up and make you sleepy too.
Remind yourself of your commitment by wearing some sort of colored string or bracelet on your wrist. When you feel tempted, look at the bracelet and then look at yourself in a mirror.
Makes me lose my appetite.
